• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and statistical tools.
• Ability to work on a manufacturing floor and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and optimize manufacturing lines, maintain fixtures and SOPs on the floor.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
• Improve efficiency, reduce cost, and minimize waste using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Design or input on fixtures and tools to improve safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, implement timely solutions.
• Perform equipment/process validations and verifications to meet regulatory needs.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
