Job summary

INDEVCO North America, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer to optimize processes, improve production efficiency, and support cost-effective operations.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across packaging and manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in process engineering, strong Lean/Six Sigma experience, and proficiency with CAD and process simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain process standards for consistency and quality control.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement improvements safely and cost-effectively.
• Design and run process experiments to test new methods or materials.
• Troubleshoot production issues with operators and maintenance teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs such as efficiency, cycle times, and downtime.
• Coordinate with R&D to scale up new product lines and processes.
• Train staff on new procedures and best practices.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Evaluate robotization to enhance safety and performance.
