A leading company in the medical device sector is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer II to support production and product development. This role involves optimizing processes, solving complex engineering problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have catheter manufacturing experience and a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. The position offers an opportunity to influence product development and mentor new engineers in a dynamic environment.
Provides support to the Manufacturing and product development organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area, to optimize new and existing processes, and to ensure that production goals are met. Monitors and develops performance of equipment, machines and tools and corrects equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues. Interfaces with Quality and Research and Development organizations to integrate new products or processes into the existing and new manufacturing areas.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Catheter manufacturing experience.
Bachelor's degree plus 2-5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic technical knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures. Limited understanding of business functions. Works in a quality system environment. Inadequate performance can lead to noncompliance with regulations.
