Progress Rail, a leading rail industry provider, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop and improve assembly processes at the Winston-Salem, NC site. You will create job aids, work instructions, and manage complex projects while supporting quality gates, PFMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements include a 4-year technical degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, 3+ years in manufacturing, strong PC/data entry and MS Office skills, and the ability

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve assembly manufacturing processes.
• Create job aids and work instructions.
• Manage complex projects and PPAP/SPAP.
• Create/maintain routings and BOMS.
• Lead quality/process audits and safety investigations.
