Job summary

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing company near Sikeston, MO to recruit a full-time Manufacturing Process Engineer.

The Engineer will support manufacturing operations by improving production processes, efficiency, quality, and capacity, with responsibilities including monitoring processes, conducting time studies, and developing documentation. Base salary ranges from 75–80K, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and analyze performance data
• Identify and resolve process issues and product deviations
• Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, and process efficiency
• Conduct time studies and capacity analyses
• Develop and update work instructions, process documentation, and specifications
• Create production metrics and dashboards
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams on process improvements
• Support implementation of process changes and employee training
