Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Holden, Missouri. This full-time, permanent role focuses on driving quality and efficiency across manufacturing processes, ensuring products meet high standards of quality and safety.

You will collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to deliver top-quality products, implement QC standards, and lead training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with quality management systems, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service and investigate customer issues relating to quality.
• Assess and sign off on quality of ordered supplies.
• Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
• Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and objectives.
• Coordinate objectives with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
• Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within the company.
• Provide and oversee inspection activity for product throughout the production cycle.
• Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
• Interact with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts.
• Maintain active role on internal continuous improvement teams.
• Design, develop and implement quality control training programs.
