Job summary

Munters, a global leader in sustainable climate solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer in Daleville, VA to support product and process development while driving continuous improvement across operations.

You will design and improve processes, interpret drawings, support production teams, troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and pursue improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency. A Bachelor's in engineering and 2–4 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
