Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Process Engineer to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting capital projects for production efficiency and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities include leading root-cause analyses, developing standard work and FMEA, improving OEE, and collaborating with maintenance. Lean methods and MES/PLC familiarity are preferred, with a Bachelor in engineering and 5+ years of GMP manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead root cause analysis for process failures.
  • Develop and maintain standard work instructions.
  • Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Improve production line efficiency to increase OEE.
  • Support maintenance in equipment troubleshooting.
  • Re-engineer existing equipment for optimization, reliability, safety and throughput.
  • Lead CI initiatives in 5S, waste reduction, and value-stream mapping.
