You will drive the development, validation, and continuous improvement of battery manufacturing processes, enhancing yield, efficiency, and cost performance. You'll lead fault resolution and equipment digitalization initiatives, establish robust PFMEA, control plans, and SOPs, and apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to eliminate waste and variation. Working cross‑functionally with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and EHS teams, you'll support new product launches, root cause analysis, and compliance with safety and environmental standards unique to battery manufacturing. This role also calls for mentoring operators and engineers, staying ahead of emerging battery technologies, and thriving in a high‑intensity environment that requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends—all while fostering a culture of trust, diverse thinking, and strong leadership.

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 and ranges from $65,100-$144,900.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
