LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an industrial/manufacturing engineer to design, optimize, and implement efficient frame assembly processes. You will apply lean methods, maintain data accuracy, and support cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing areas.
The role requires 0–6 years of experience, proficiency in Excel VBA, work measurement, workstation design, 5S, and lean manufacturing, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
Design and optimize automotive frame assembly processes using industrial engineering tools to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist in process development across manufacturing areas, applying lean techniques and maintaining data accuracy. Support departments with systems like PDDA, MDRS, EOS, and participate in cross-functional improvement meetings. Identify waste reduction opportunities, implement ergonomic measures, and support project planning, including new model launches. Maintain AutoCAD layouts, interpret technical drawings, and create reports on key metrics. Gather feedback from production staff to address process concerns.
Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience with 0-6 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering. Proficiency in Excel VBA, work measurement, workstation design, 5S, and lean manufacturing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Primarily first-shift in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with occasional overtime.
