Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to provide technical support for late-stage and commercial manufacturing processes across sites.

The role includes analyzing process data, improving reliability and ensuring cgMP compliance, while collaborating with teams to drive quality improvements. The candidate will monitor data, support investigations and technology transfer, and assist in equipment reviews and process transfers.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; chemical engineering or biomedical engineering preferred; or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Associate Manufacturing Process Engineer: 0-2 years of experience
• Manufacturing Process Engineer: 2+ years of experience

In this role, you will provide technical support for internal late stage and commercial manufacturing processes across sites, as well as engineering support and problem solving for existing equipment and manufacturing processes. • Location: Saratoga Springs, New York, United States
• Work model: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Discover your role:

• Review process data identify and report shifts or outliers
• Discover opportunities to improve process reliability, repeatability, compliance and consistency
• Monitor process data and review methods, facilities and equipment design to ensure operational and process consistency
• Support quality investigations and technology transfer initiatives as a subject matter expert
• Work effectively and efficiently in a team-oriented environment to ensure maximum and high-quality output
• Ensure that operations are performed manner consistent with safety standards and within cGMP guidelines
• Assists in the design review of equipment and facilities
• Support Process Transfers to external facilities
• Assist in the assessment of manufacturing requirements and capabilities prior to the transfer of new processes into the manufacturing facilities

Gowning and environment:

• Full cleanroom attire (Examples may include: including laundered undergarments, gown, facemask, hairnet, safety glasses, safety shoes and booties, latex gloves and the use of sanitizing agents during gowning process including IPA)

• Ability to remove jewelry, make-up and nail adornments when wearing cleanroom attire

This role requires:
