Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Process Engineer to support the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, with a focus on assembly and packaging operations. This role will be instrumental in drafting and revising SOPs, supporting equipment qualification, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless technology transfer and operational readiness. PLEASE NOT WE ONLY WORK ON W2 BASIS AND NOT C2C

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for:
• Flexible operating parameter ranges
• Assembly and packaging process requirements
• Revise existing SOPs to align with evolving process and equipment needs
• Support equipment and new technology design, installation, and qualification
• Provide technical input for validation and technology transfer activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Validation, Regulatory, Quality, and Procurement
• Analyze and trend process data to support continuous improvement
• Manage administrative tasks such as material onboarding, inventory tracking, and move order requests
• Assist in onboarding new materials and vendors into internal systems
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and technical documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or technical operations (preferably in pharma/biotech or medical devices)
• Strong technical writing skills with experience drafting SOPs and technical documents
• Familiarity with GMP, validation, and regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Word, document control systems)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with packaging and assembly processes
• Knowledge of recipe management systems and material onboarding workflows
• Prior involvement in equipment qualification and technology transfer projects
