Qualifications

• Ability to use measuring tools to ensure finished products meet job specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, stoop, push, pull, and carry as needed.
• Basic mechanical skills to operate the extruder line and recognize equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up the correct molds and tooling based on job requirements.
• Identify mold types, sizes, and product colors needed for each job.
• Operate the extruder line according to company procedures and quality standards.
• Direct the lumber assistant on finished product banding, material movement, and raw material mixing needs.
• Maintain accurate production records and timekeeping.
