Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a detail-oriented planner with strong SAP and Excel skills to support BOM structure, MPS loading, and material gap analysis. You will work with value chain teams to mitigate risks and assist with PO/PR delays.

Proven interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities are essential to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. This role emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least two years of related experience.
• Experience in field service, customer service or inventory control is desirable.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understands MPS loading and BOM structure, including controllers vs cabinets in BOM.
• Analyze Clear to Build data and identify material gaps to mitigate risk.
• Coach planners/buyers on delays for PO/PR execution and changes.
• Participate in SIOP and supply reconciliation activities and MR Planning.
