• Integrate engineering disciplines to drive producibility requirements into aircraft system designs and manufacturing plans.
• Analyze production data to identify anomalies, investigate root causes, and implement solutions enhancing quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during production to ensure product integrity and minimize impact on performance, cost, or schedule.
• Coordinate with factory teams and engineering groups to implement process improvements and innovative tooling requirements.

Required

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to spend significant time standing and walking on the production floor, climb ladders or stairs, work at heights or in tight spaces, and wear required PPE.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
