Tarka Talent Ltd's client is a high-performance consultancy focused on turning engineering expertise into tangible manufacturing improvements. Based in Boston, MA, the role is full-time with Mon–Thu travel to client sites across the US.

You will apply analytical rigour and hands-on insight to identify bottlenecks, implement sustainable improvements, and drive rapid results across diverse manufacturing settings. The position offers strong growth and exposure to multiple industries.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field, physical sciences, or mathematics.
• 1–4 years of manufacturing industry experience.
• Process engineering experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication and influencing ability.
• Right to work in the US without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel regularly.
