Qualifications

• 1–2 years in manufacturing, production, warehouse, stockroom or similar hands-on operations role preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule.
• Must provide own steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize production orders in a barcode-controlled stockroom.
• Package plastic parts and prepare shipments for customer orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using barcode-controlled processes.
• Ensure packaging meets customer specifications and production requirements.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support production and operations teams with general manufacturing and material handling tasks as needed.
