Dandy is transforming the dental industry and seeking a Manufacturing Department Manager in Carrollton, TX. You will oversee production workflows, 5 product lines, and 100+ staff across 3 shifts, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

This role requires strong leadership and hands-on process optimization in a fast-paced environment. You will drive KPI improvements, manage cross‑functional teams, and report to the Director of Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading a large manufacturing department or line teams.
• Proven ability to improve KPIs and drive cost efficiency.
• Strong data analysis skills with evidence-based decision making.
• Experience reporting performance in regular leadership reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 shifts across 5 product lines in Carrollton facility.
• Set and monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement.
• Lead 40+ technicians and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure high-quality output meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with Materials, Facilities, Quality and others.
• Report to Director of Manufacturing.
