Job summary

D&W Fine Pack LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations across straw, packaging, and injection molding lines at our Fountain Inn facility. You will guide four Shift Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians to ensure safety, efficiency, and product quality on all shifts.

The role focuses on achieving production goals, improving uptime, reducing downtime and waste, and driving a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing supervisors across multiple departments; plastics/food packaging exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for Straws, Kitting & Packaging, and Injection Molding across shifts.
• Manage four Shift Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians for reliability and efficiency.
• Meet production schedules, quality standards, and customer demands.
• Monitor productivity, downtime, scrap, labor, and OEE; drive continuous improvement.
• Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
