Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Proficient with AS400, SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations with minimal downtime and quality production.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure working environment and enforce procedures and 5S.
• Coordinate all plant activities with leadership, sales, engineering, procurement, and quality.
• Develop staff through onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
• Drive lean initiatives and track KPIs aligned to strategy.
• Address and resolve external complaints by liaising with Quality and facility staff.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, training procedures, and root-cause analysis.
