Manufacturing Operator - Wax Gating & Assembly - 2nd shift * 10% Shift Differential*

Join Precision Castparts as a Manufacturing Operator - Wax Gating & Assembly - 2nd shift.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd shift (Training on 1st shift)

Compensation: $18.50 - $24.50 depending on experience + 10% shift differential

Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties to gate new or modified patterns.
  • Use hand tools to repair and prepare wax patterns for gating.
  • Follow instructions to produce sample setups and determine flask sizes.
  • Set up, photograph, and document units for reference.
  • Deliver patterns to Gating Supervisor and explain procedures.
  • Report faulty operations and unusual conditions.
Additional Duties:
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Participate in training and safety programs.
  • Wear PPE as required.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs.
  • Adhere to attendance standards and work overtime as needed.
  • Report injuries immediately.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
