The Dudley, MA facility houses Operations, Global Lens Engineering, and Research and Development teams that develop, pilot, and manufacture semi-finished polycarbonate lenses for premium markets. We also supply coatings, inks, inserts, and other innovative products globally.

GENERAL FUNCTION

• Perform various duties related to lens manufacturing.
• Work as part of a high-performance team, responsible for multiple roles. As the team advances, you and your team members will be key decision-makers in your area of operation.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in producing ophthalmic lenses, including degating, inspection, inking, and packaging.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Job experience may substitute for a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass an eye exam.
• Ability to stand and sit alternately.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a controlled environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
