Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking an Operator 1 for an onsite role in Pryor, OK. The position involves monitoring and optimizing production processes, operating equipment safely, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

You will troubleshoot, perform analytical testing, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain efficiency and quality on rotating 12-hour shifts. A strong focus on safety and accuracy will support daily manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn process control systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and understand process flow within the assigned production area.
• Troubleshoot, control, and optimize production processes using Honeywell computer systems.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
