Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing.
• Must pass pre-employment screens.
• Able to identify defects and follow safety procedures.
• Trained to operate walk-behind lifts.
• Able to pass written and driving tests.
• Open to first or second shift.

Responsibilities

• Packs and labels product according to customer orders and specs.
• Minimize waste and scrap; participate in problem solving to improve efficiency.
• Monitor product quality using Quality Control information and report issues.
• Maintain clean work area and use downtime for productive tasks.
• Promote teamwork and CSI team principles in daily work.
• Follow SOPs and LTTV/GMP rules for the facility.
• Be aware of hazardous materials and handle them properly.
• Follow emergency procedures and report spills or environmental incidents.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines on the manufacturing floor.
• Report any deviations from food safety protocol to responsible personnel.
• Complete required training, audits, and compliance tools.
