This position is based in Tipp City, OH, within the Abbott Nutrition division, which develops science-based nutrition products for all ages, including brands like Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, and Glucerna. What You'll Work On

1. Start up and shut down equipment according to procedures
2. Clear jams and resolve downtime issues
3. Report equipment or product issues to the supervisor
4. Operate equipment safely, report incidents or hazards
5. Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles
6. Keep accurate records of production and material usage
7. Follow product isolation, sampling, and identification procedures
8. Ensure materials are properly supplied and monitored
9. Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain quality
10. Verify proper product and material identification and expiration dates
11. Inspect products and materials visually and physically
12. Comply with FDA, GMP, OSHA, and Abbott regulations and policies

Shift Details

This is a day shift position (6:30 am - 7:00 pm EST) on a 12-hour rotational schedule, with example schedules provided.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read and follow work orders
• Troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various schedules and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food, beverage, or drug production
