This position is based in Tipp City, OH, within Abbott Nutrition. Our Nutrition division develops science-based products for all ages, from helping babies and children grow to supporting active adults. What You'll Work On

• Start up and shut down equipment per procedures
• Clear jams and resolve line issues
• Report equipment or product problems to the supervisor
• Operate equipment safely and report incidents or hazards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
• Keep accurate records of production, material usage, and batch documentation
• Follow product isolation, sampling, and identification procedures
• Monitor supply levels and correct releases
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment for quality performance
• Ensure proper product and material identification, including codes and expiration dates
• Inspect products and materials visually and physically
• Adhere to all manufacturing rules, including FDA, GMP, OSHA, and Abbott policies

You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

Shift

This is a day shift position (6:30am - 7:00pm EST) on the 1B crew, with a 12-hour rotational schedule.

Schedule Example:

Week 1:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6:30AM - 7:00PM EST. Days off: Wednesday and Thursday.

Week 2:

Wednesday & Thursday: 6:30AM - 7:00PM EST. Days off: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• High attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for line information sharing
• Ability to read and follow work orders
• Troubleshooting skills for equipment breakdowns
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various schedules and overtime as needed, including supporting other departments during absences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical production

The base pay ranges from $15.55 to $31.15 per hour, depending on location.
