RTX is seeking candidates for a 3rd shift Operator role at Pratt & Whitney facilities in the United States. The program trains individuals with little or no machining background to become certified operators through a 3-week training plus 4–8 weeks of on-the-job training.
You will learn to set up and operate NC milling and grinding machines, read operation sheets, verify conformance with precision tools, and work with engineers and QA to resolve issues.

The salary range for this role is $17.13-$30.10 . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
