Job summary

Freudenberg Group’s Howell, MI facility is seeking a Manufacturing Operator III to manufacture, sample, and package specialty chemical products while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will apply knowledge of equipment, materials, and procedures to support production; mentor Operator I and II and assist the group leader with daily operations and workload coordination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Chemical Process Technology degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive chemical operator experience.
• 1+ year hands-on ERP experience.
• Hi-Lo experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, sample, and package specialty chemical products while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of equipment, materials, and procedures to support production.
• Mentor Manufacturing Operator I and II team members and assist the group leader in coordinating daily operations and workloads.
