Job summary

Epredia in Portsmouth, VA is seeking an Operator II, Manufacturing to join our entry-level team. You will operate assigned equipment, follow standard work instructions, perform visual inspections, and document production activities while maintaining GMP, safety, and quality standards.

Under supervision and through hands-on training, you will develop core manufacturing skills, participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to on-time production with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Operate equipment following standard work instructions.
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.
• Complete production work orders and documentation accurately.
• Perform basic equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
• Follow GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements always.
