Zusammenfassung

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Manufacturing Operator 2 for 12-hour day shifts to support the production of semiconductors and life science products. You will manufacture, package and verify materials while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will stage materials, update records and participate in safety programs. Seasonal scheduling and benefits are offered; a sign-on bonus is available for hires meeting criteria.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ISO and quality systems.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to read and understand written protocols.
• Strong problem solving and equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Produce, purify and package chemical compounds to meet customer requirements.
• Stage materials using warehouse equipment including pallet trucks and PITs.
• Verify the quality and integrity of materials and equipment.
• Perform in-process analytical testing and simple interpretations as per batch records.
• Update batch records, computer systems and SAP per ISO procedures.
• Demonstrate proper lab, manufacturing and packaging safety practices per guidelines.
• Participate in core operational excellence programs and safety walks.
• Contribute to team objectives to improve safety, quality and production output.
• Engage in personal and professional development through development objectives.
