Job description

Manufacturing Operator I (Weekday shift)

This position offers a schedule from Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 10 hours of straight time per day.

Job Description: Promote a safe workplace and follow all established work policies. Perform molding, demolding, and other manufacturing-related duties as required. Help train and oversee less experienced manufacturing materials processors to ensure daily production goals are achieved. Assist the lead-materials processor with operating manufacturing equipment to produce PVA sponge products meeting specifications. Clean and assemble PVA sponge molds. Follow established process operating and safety procedures. Contribute to maintaining and improving overall personnel safety. Adhere to all company, department, quality, and safety procedures. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. 1-2 years of recent or comparable experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
