Lancesoft is seeking a Production Operator in Carpentersville, IL (onsite) to support manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes safety, equipment operation, and daily production scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves equipment changeovers, packaging, forklift operation, quality checks, and routine maintenance. Candidates should be prepared to lift 55 lbs+, follow SOPs and LOTO, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and comply with all site safety requirements, participating in safety meetings, observations, audits, and related activities.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers and assist with the disassembly, assembly, and cleaning of machinery.
• Execute daily production schedules, identify and resolve quality issues, and escalating unresolved concerns.
• Stage packaging materials and areas for production.
• Lift and load materials weighing 55 lbs. Or more into equipment.
• Package finished products and prepared materials for shipment and distribution.
• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods.
• Use hand tools to perform degating and deflashing activities.
• Manage raw materials, including organizing, handling, weighing, and measuring.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Perform routine quality control testing and accurately document production data.
• Complete basic equipment maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Dispose of waste and trash in designated containers and compactors.
