Responsibilities

• Run production jobs on semi- automated equipment and/or perform light assembly, packaging, press operations, or other manual tasks.
• Inspect product quality during production using gauges and visual checks; log findings and downtime.
• Read work orders and blueprints to determine setup and quality requirements; verify materials.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and inform technicians about defects.
• Record counts of parts, scrap, and labor hours; complete required paperwork or digital logs.
• Follow 6S lean standards and participate in continuous improvement activities; rotate across tasks as needed.
