Job summary

Materion is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Buffalo, NY to set up and operate manufacturing equipment used in material fabrication. Under supervision, you will perform setups, run equipment such as Bar Scalper, Brushing Equipment, Parts Cleaning, Litecast, Power Shear and Sandblaster, and ensure safe, timely production.

You will monitor product quality, maintain inventory levels, record paperwork, and keep the work area clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency using micrometers, calipers and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment for material fabrication.
• Monitor product quality and maintain inventory levels to meet customer specs.
• Record and complete all required paperwork.
