Phibro Animal Health Corporation is seeking an Operator 1 at the US Eagle Grove, IA site. The role performs weighing, packaging, and quality control tasks to support efficient production while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

Responsibilities include material handling with a forklift, batch record adherence, and routine equipment maintenance. High school diploma or equivalent and prior production experience are required.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Selects and weighs components according to batch records.
• Moves components to weighing area or dumping station.
• Examines finished products for consistency and blend characteristics; samples per QC procedures.
• Records lot numbers and weights; reconciles with batch formulation sheets.
• Packages finished goods per batch specs; reconciles with production yield.
• Assigns dates and lot numbers to labels; affixes labels.
• Maintains mixing and packaging equipment; keeps area clean per OSHA and GMP.
• Operates forklift to move raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Performs regular safety inspections and suggests improvements.
• Checks calibration of scales and maintains inspection log.
• Reports inconsistencies in color or odor to Blend Plant Manager.
• Suggests improvements to product appearance, flow, and packaging.
• Assists Utility Mechanic as required.
