Manufacturing Operator I (4 day/10 hour shift)

The Manufacturing Operator I is responsible for accurately preparing materials or assembling parts in trays and wrapping them according to job specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Prepare materials or assemble parts in trays and wrap trays as specified in the work order.
  2. Work in a sterile environment as part of a team completing final packaging tasks per work instructions.
  3. Cross-train into the Warehouse Associate I position as needed.
  4. Meet daily goals with attention to detail.
  5. Handle product prepping or boxing with precision.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
  • Ability to accept and give constructive feedback and foster a positive team environment.
  • Respect others, work with integrity, and uphold organizational values.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; ability to understand written instructions through tests on Work Instructions and SOPs.
