Job Summary

Responsible for preparing, producing, and packaging blend materials. Assist operators and perform basic duties as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area, and complete all SOP and QA trainings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform box room duties: tape boxes, insert liners, apply labels, palletize.
• Clean separators, heat sealers, conveyors, scales, and metal detectors.
• Prepare equipment for wash, including LOTO procedures.
• Identify equipment status and operate hand jack.
• Inspect raw materials and fill IBCs.
• Operate conveyor metal detectors and check scales.
• Scan and release manufacturing and inspection cells.
• Assist with blending, milling, and packing tasks.
• Follow procedures for blend preparation and packaging.
• Ensure proper cleaning and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Manufacturing Operator II training.
• Ability to work with powders, liquids, and allergens.
• Follow SOPs and work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Proficient in English, basic computer skills.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

Must lift up to 55 lbs, perform physical activities, and work in environments with noise, humidity, heat, cold, and chemical exposure.
