Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lexington, KY is seeking an Operator Helper to help operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and support a fast-paced production line. The role offers first shift hours and a pay rate of $13.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include loading metal into machines, unloading parts after processing, and ensuring production standards are met while maintaining a safe work environment. Prior manufacturing experience is valued, with a high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load metal into machines or onto racks to be electroplated.
• After processing, unload parts and package for shipping or storage.
