Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Washington state is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to assist the production team across maintenance, cleanup, yard work, and material handling. You will support various production tasks and ensure smooth operations on busy shift schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read/write basic instructions, and basic math. Lifting up to 50 lbs (up to 100 with assistance) is required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent or comparable education, training, and experience.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle assignments in a repetitive and/or sequential order for completing tasks assigned
• Operate machinery or equipment such as hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklift, palletizers, hydraulic equipment, powered tractors, or vehicles
• Clean-up machinery and conveyors, maintain the surrounding area, and keep equipment free of debris during downtime
• Assist in the loading/unloading of trucks
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
