Job summary

Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the Case In Bindery on 2nd or 3rd shift in Minnesota. We train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to making books, catalogs, and printed materials.

You’ll learn to set up and operate bindery machines, monitor quality, work in a team to meet daily goals, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. No prior bindery experience required—trainable and reliable candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Reliable team player with a focus on quality work.

2nd – Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

OR

3rd- Shift | Monday - Friday |10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

• Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
• On your feet for most of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
