Job summary

Micropore, Inc. in Elkton, MD is seeking manufacturing personnel for a day/night cycle with 12-hour trial shifts and a transition to 8-hour shifts. Responsibilities include operating equipment, packaging, and inline QC while maintaining records and communicating with supervision.

Qualified candidates are mechanically inclined, able to read simple instructions, and comfortable with shift work, overtime, and lifting up to 50 lbs. US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment independently and package product.
• Inline quality checks of parts and tolerances.
• Maintain records and report issues to supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Participate in safety and training meetings.
