Job summary

Pipenology, LLC has immediate 3rd shift openings for Manufacturing Operators to join our team in O’Fallon, MO. You will operate machinery to manufacture CIPP liners on a 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. shift, Sunday through Friday. Qualified candidates should be comfortable in a manufacturing/warehouse setting and willing to follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a ruler.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/mount production materials.
• Guide and feed materials into machinery.
• Monitor machinery for proper operation and perform quality checks.
• Re-thread sewing machines and replace needles as needed.
• Push aside finished CIPP liners and perform safety procedures.
• Perform minor maintenance on machinery as needed.
• Other related manufacturing/warehouse duties including forklift use.

• Perform material handling functions to load/mount production materials
• Guide and feed materials into machinery
• Monitor machinery for proper operation. Perform various quality monitoring functions
• Re-thread sewing machines and replace needles as necessary
• Push aside finished CIPP liners
• Perform all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures
• Perform minor maintenance on machinery as needed
• Other related manufacturing/warehouse duties as assigned, including use of a forklift
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a ruler
• Ability to interpret and support policies, procedures, and standards established by Pipenology and Federal/State/Local agencies
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Previous forklift experience is a plus
