Job summary

Pipenology, LLC in O’Fallon, MO is seeking Manufacturing Operators for the 3rd shift (Sun–Fri, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.). You will operate machinery to manufacture CIPP liners and support loading, feeding, and monitoring production lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and mount production materials.
• Feed materials into machinery and monitor operation.
• Perform quality monitoring and minor maintenance.
• Operate forklift and handle finished liners.
• Follow safety and efficiency procedures.

• $25.50 per hour, based on hours worked on 3rd shift

Pipenology has immediate 3rd shift openings for Manufacturing Operators to join our team in O’Fallon, MO. 3rd shift is Sunday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Once hired, you will operate machinery to manufacture CIPP liners. Qualified candidates will need to be comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. • Perform material handling functions to load/mount production materials
• Guide and feed materials into machinery
• Monitor machinery for proper operation. Perform various quality monitoring functions
• Re-thread sewing machines and replace needles as necessary
• Push aside finished CIPP liners
• Perform all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures
• Perform minor maintenance on machinery as needed
• Other related manufacturing/warehouse duties as assigned, including use of a forklift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a ruler
• Ability to interpret and support policies, procedures, and standards established by Pipenology and Federal/State/Local agencies
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Previous forklift experience is a plus
