Gorbel®, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to ensure the efficient flow of materials using various equipment. You will be responsible for operating overhead cranes and performing machine set-ups, requiring a high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, certification training for trucks and cranes, and effective communication skills. Competitive compensation includes a range based on experience and role level.

The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for the efficient flow of incoming materials and the preparation of outgoing materials through the use of various material handling equipment, ERP systems, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. The role utilizes overhead cranes to maneuver material and stage it for the next operation. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
Manufacturing Operator I: Min $17.59 – Max $26.39
Manufacturing Operator II: Min $19.74 – Max $29.62
Manufacturing Operator III: Min $21.42 – Max $32.14
