Job summary

MilliporeSigma is hiring for a Manufacturing Operator 2 to produce, purify and package chemical compounds used in semiconductors and life science sectors. The role focuses on safety, quality and compliance with ISO procedures.

The position offers a 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) on a 2/2/3 schedule. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for hired applicants, with eligibility details provided at the time of offer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Produce, purify and package chemical compounds to meet customer requirements.
• Stage materials using pallet trucks and other equipment.
• Verify the quality and integrity of materials and equipment.
• Perform in-process analytical testing as described in the Master Production Record.
• Update batch records and SAP per ISO procedures.
• Maintain safety practices per OSHA, EPA, DNR and other guidelines.
