We are hiring a Manufacturing Operator in Shelbyville, KY, to operate shred/sort equipment ensuring continuous manufacturing line operation. This is a full on-site position.

Starting Pay: $23.50

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts with 2 weekends off per month and 8 days off after 4 rotations:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Responsibilities:

• Operate HMI to ensure smooth manufacturing line operation.
• Safely operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, yard sweepers, front-end loaders, skid steer, and Sengenbogen.
• Direct technicians to manage hoppers and load infeed hoppers.
• Manage labels and conveyor cleanout tubs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years manufacturing experience
• 3+ years forklift experience
• 1+ years heavy equipment operation
• Ability to perform basic math for weights verification
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• High School Diploma
• Positive attitude and excellent attendance
