Staffing Resource Group, Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Miami, Florida for a contract role with potential to become permanent based on performance. The position focuses on blending and coating operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, following cGMP guidelines to ensure product quality.

Hours: 5am-5pm with rotating schedule. Week one is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and week two is Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. OT and weekends required. Training schedule is M-F 5:00 am-1:30 pm / M-F 1pm-9:30pm / M-F, 9pm-5:30am up to 3 months until team is ready to transition to shift.
Salary: $19.50/hr. plus 10% shift differential ($21.45/hr.)

Position Overview: The Blending and Coating Manufacturing Operator performs all the general duties and operations to manufacture the product. An operator will operate machines and handle components using prescribed standard operating procedures and cGMP guidelines to manufacture and ensure the product meets the quality requirements. The operator will complete the necessary documentation and records to maintain quality control.
High school diploma. Candidate must demonstrate mechanical aptitude, ability to speak, read and write in the English language and demonstrate the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Knowledge and experience with Outlook and basic computer proficiency in how to navigate computers.
The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Must demonstrate the ability to lift and or move 50 pounds or greater.
