Advantage Technical is searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator in the Shirley, MA area who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a company known for high-quality standards and continuous innovation.

Hours & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Saturday & overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate manufacturing equipment that fills, caps, seals, labels, and packages food-grade products


• Monitor raw material flow and ensure consistent production line operation


• Remove damaged or defective products or supplies as needed


• Perform product inspections and complete all required food safety documentation


• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and conduct basic repairs


• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area during and after shifts


• Follow all company policies and procedures, including GMP, safety rules, and food quality protocols


• Complete and submit the necessary paperwork for production tracking
