Job summary

The Andersons is seeking an Operations Worker II to join a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will package, move, wrap, and stage dried yeast products and operate forklifts, stretch wrappers, and other equipment, following safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or food production and are comfortable working with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience required.
• Operational knowledge of safety policies and food safety practices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned food grain operations tasks including packaging and sampling for quality.
• Operate mobile equipment such as a forklift, bobcat, or payloader.
• Maintain adherence to all food safety policies and procedures.
