Carfair Composites invites a Team Lead Operations to support the production supervisor in a fast-paced FRP manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. You will lead and train staff, organize workloads, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time delivery to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Effective team player.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Blueprint reading and safety training.
• Overtime availability including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned personnel to ensure safety, efficiency and quality to meet production schedules.
• Instruct and train employees on ongoing tasks within the department.
• Organizes and prioritizes the work area and workload.
• Encourages a positive team environment.
• Maintains competency to perform all tasks in area of responsibility.
• Works independently with good judgement and initiative.
• Fills in for staffing shortages as needed.
• Communicates effectively to team and management.
• Interprets blueprints, drawings and material specifications.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Presents a professional image of department and company.
• Other duties as assigned.
